These movies are several megabytes, and it's quite possible that your computer will try to play them before they are completely downloaded. This can make the performance VERY jerky.

Recommendation: If your computer tries to play them before the download is finished, stop your video player, wait until the download is complete (your player should indicate that the download is still going), and then play them for more fluid action.
